Package shipping

As a general rule, orders placed from Monday to Thursday until 2:00 pm are sent within 24/48 hours after receipt of the payment, through TIPSA and delivery with signature. If the order is made after 2 pm or on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the time of receipt of the order will be extended until 72 hours. If you prefer an urgent shipment, you must contact us at the time of placing the order to indicate it. The cats of this shipping option will be charged in full in the order you have requested. These delivery times are subject to stock availability in the warehouse. In case you do not have stock in any of the requested items, we will contact you to find the way to proceed with the order.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually.

All the items of your order go through quality control both in the picking process and in the packaging, verifying both the quantities requested and the perfect condition of the item, thus ensuring that your order leaves our premises in the correct state for reception and preventing you from being dissatisfied with our service.

The shipping costs will be of an amount of € 4.90 for peninsula and Balearic orders, € 10 for Canary Islands. For Italy, Portugal and France € 15

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to return the products. The return will be made by request RMA (Authorization of return of goods) in the section "Order History" that is accessing your account on our website. In the request you must indicate the reason for the return. You can also do so by contacting us by phone, email or contact form on the web. Once we have received the confirmation of your return request and after receiving the goods, we will proceed to the return, which can be done as follows: refunding the amount of the returned products, replacing the damaged item (s) for another one in perfect conditions, or by means of a discount voucher that can be exchanged in the online store. If the return is produced by our failure during the process of the order or an article and until it reaches your hands, we will include the return of the shipping costs we charge you when you send it to you and the expenses caused by the return of the same. In any other case, the costs incurred by the return of the order will be borne by the customer.

You must return or deliver directly the goods to: Esther Garijo Montufo - Avenida Marqués de Corbera, 44 - 28017 Madrid (Spain), without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date you communicate your decision to return the order. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if the goods are returned before the end of that period.
